Graduating in physiotherapy in 2008, Francesco initially gained valuable experience in post-operative care. It was during this time that he developed a love for studying the nature of movement and its intricate relationship with the human body.<\/p>\n
Driven by his curiosity, Francesco pursued further education and specialised in various complementary fields. He acquired expertise in acupuncture. He utilised this ancient practice to enhance his ability to alleviate pain, restore balance, and promote overall well being in his patients. Additionally, Francesco became proficient in myofascial release, a hands-on technique that targets the fascial system to address restrictions and improve mobility.<\/p>\n
Recognizing the importance of occupational health, Francesco also expanded his knowledge in this area. He understands the unique challenges faced by individuals in their workplace and how these challenges can impact their musculoskeletal health. With a Master’s degree in the Science of Postural Rehabilitation, specialising in the French method known as “Mezieres,” Francesco possesses an in- depth understanding of postural alignment and its profound effects on the body.<\/p>\n
Beyond his work as a physiotherapist, Francesco has dedicated almost two decades to coaching volleyball. This experience has further honed his ability to apply physiotherapy techniques and principles in optimising athletic performance and preventing injuries in athletes of all levels.<\/p>\n
