Cholesterol is used to build and maintain cell membranes, ensuring they are durable and flexible, allowing the cells to change shape and move.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cholesterol is essential for maintaining healthy bodily functions.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>What is \u2018Good\u2019 cholesterol and \u2018Bad\u2019 cholesterol?<\/h2>\n<p>Cholesterol is mostly categorised into two categories: <strong>HDL and LDL<\/strong>.
